General questions and tool feedback
Use the form below for general feedback. To help us reproduce a calculator issue, include the page link, values entered, units selected, result shown, and the result you expected.
Privacy requests
Choose Privacy request for questions or requests concerning personal information. Please do not send financial account numbers, government IDs, passwords, or other sensitive information.
Corrections process
We assess correction requests against the displayed formula, source inputs, and applicable tool instructions. If an error is confirmed, we update the affected content or calculation and may clarify the page’s assumptions. We cannot promise a particular response time or outcome.
What happens after submission
Messages are queued for review through this form. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, but do not use the form for urgent help or send sensitive records. We may not reply to every suggestion, and the form does not create a professional or advisory relationship.
Accessibility and device reports
If something is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, touch controls, or another assistive setup, tell us which page or tool was affected and what happened. Browser and device details, the approximate zoom level, and the steps that led to the problem can help us reproduce it. You do not need to share personal or sensitive information to report an accessibility issue.
What FigureNest support can help with
The contact channel is for site questions, reproducible calculation or conversion problems, unclear instructions, accessibility concerns, privacy requests, and suggestions for improving FigureNest. We can explain how a published tool is intended to work or investigate a suspected site defect, but we cannot provide individualized financial, legal, tax, medical, engineering, construction, electrical, or other professional advice. For high-stakes decisions, review the page methodology and limitations and confirm the result with an appropriate authoritative source or qualified professional.
